How to Make Kiwi Jam
- Mix. In a saucepan, add chopped kiwi, sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Cook. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then simmer 20–25 minutes, stirring often, until thick and jam-like. Mash or blend for texture.


- Cool. Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

To Store: Pop the sealed jar of kiwi jam in the fridge and it’ll stay good for about 2 weeks.
To Freeze: Pour the cooled jam into freezer-safe containers, leaving a little headspace. Freeze up to 3 months, then thaw overnight in the fridge. It’s a great way to keep the kiwi jam for longer.
