Frozen Yogurt Bark

This healthy frozen yogurt bark recipe is made with greek yogurt, strawberries and blueberries. It's a wholesome, easy dessert that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth and well combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Evenly sprinkle the strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt, gently pressing them in so they stick.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, break or cut the bark into pieces.
  • Serve immediately.
