Brazilian Lemonade

Brazilian lemonade is a refreshing blended and frozen lemonade drink that is tart, quick and so incredibly refreshing. Here's how to make it.

Ingredients

  • 4 large limes
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the limes thoroughly and cut each into 8 wedges.
  • Add the limes and cold water to a blender.
  • Blend for 10–15 seconds, just enough to release the juice.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher. Discard the pulp.
  • Rinse out the blender.
  • Pour the strained lime juice back into the clean blender. Add ice, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
