Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions

To Make-Ahead: Whipped peanut butter will stay fresh for two to three weeks in the refrigerator. Make sure to use a resealable jar for the longest storage.

To Freeze:  Peanut butter can be frozen for up to six months. Scoop a serving-sized amount into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen, store the peanut butter cubes in a freezer-safe bag. Freezing condenses the peanut butter, so you should re-whip for a fluffy texture once defrosted.
