How to Freeze Whole Garlic Cloves
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the garlic cloves in a single layer. Freeze for 6 hours. Transfer to a ziplock bag.
Blend until smooth. Spoon the garlic puree into small ice cube trays and place in the freezer until frozen, about 2 hours. Once frozen, release the cubes from the tray. Place the cubes in a ziplock bag.
