Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into 7 inch long rope. Transfer the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden. In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Remove from the oven and brush the breadsticks with garlic butter.
