Easy Strawberry Spinach Salad

For the salad: 


For the poppy seed dressing: 


  1. To make the dressing, add all the ingredient to a small bowl and whisk to combine. 
  2. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and set aside. 
  3. Place the onions in a bowl and cover with cold water. 
  4. Let sit for 30 minutes. 
  5. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  6. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment pepper. 
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. 
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. 
  9. Chop the pecans roughly. 
  10. Add the strawberries, spinach, drained red onion and half of dressing to a bowl and toss to coat. 
  11. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and crumbed feta and gently toss to combine. 
  12. Serve with remaining dressing.
