For the salad:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 3 oz feta, crumbled
For the poppy seed dressing:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and black pepper to taste
