For the crust: 


For the filling: 


For the strawberry topping: 


  1. Add the pretzel to a food processor and pulse a few times until coarsely chopped. 
  2. Add the sugar and melted butter and pulse a few times. 
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  5. Add the cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and beat until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  7. Spread the mixture over the crust. 
  8. Refrigerate for minimum one hour. 
  9. Combine the Jell-O with boiling water and stir until the jello is dissolved. 
  10. Set aside to cool to room temperature. 
  11. Place the strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture. 
  12. Pour cooled Jell-O over the strawberries. 
  13. Refrigerate for minimum 6 hours.
