How to Make Strawberry Caprese Salad

  1. Add Strawberries. Arrange sliced strawberries and mozzarella in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add Basil and Oil. Scatter basil leaves over top and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Add Balsamic Glaze. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, then serve immediately.

Storage Instructions

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Add the sliced strawberries and mozzarella slices to a bowl.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  • Scatter fresh basil leaves over the mixture.
  • Finally, drizzle the balsamic glaze evenly over the entire salad for a beautiful finish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
