For the sauce: 


  1. To make the sauce, in a large glass measuring cup combine all the ingredients and whisk well.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. 
  3. Add the broccoli and red pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. 
  4. Transfer to a plate. 
  5. Add the shrimp in the same skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side or until pink. 
  6. Add the sauce and stir to combine. 
  7. Cook for 1 minute. 
  8. Add the vegetables and stir to combine. 
  9. Cook for one more minute or until the sauce is thickened.
