Sauteed Spinach with Garlic and Lemon




  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Add the olive oil and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add the spinach and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid. 
  6. Stir the spinach and cook for one or two more minutes. 
  7. Remove from the heat. 
  8. Season with salt and black pepper. 
  9. Add the lemon juice and toss to combine.
  10. Serve warm.
