Easy (And OMG-Good) Raspberry Syrup for Drinks, Pancakes and Ice Cream

  1. Add all the ingredients in a saucepan. 
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat. 
  3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. 
  4. Break down the berries with a spatula. 
  5. Remove from the heat. 
  6. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  7. Pour the syrup into a bottle. 
  8. Store refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
