How to Make Homemade Raspberry Liqueur

This is exactly how easy it is to make this homemade raspberry liqueur from scratch:

  • Add the ingredients to a jar. Add the fresh raspberries, vodka, and one cup of sugar to a large jar.
  • Seal. Put the lid on the jar to seal it.
  • Shake. Shake the mixture vigorously several times for the first day until all of the sugar has dissolved.
  • Store. Store the liqueur in a cool, dark place for a minimum of one month; make sure to give it a shake every once in a while.
  • Strain. Strain the liqueur through a cheesecloth-lined fine mesh strainer.
  • Pour. Pour the liqueur into a bottle.
  • Store. Store the liqueur until ready to serve.
