- 4 cups sugar
- Place the raspberries in a large stainless steel pot.
- Mash the raspberries with a potato masher.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the sugar.
- Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Cook for another 4 minutes.
- Ladler into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
- Store in a cool dark place and refrigerate once opened.
