How to Make Prosciutto Wrapped Cantaloupe

  1. Slice the cantaloupe. Slice the cantaloupe into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  2. Wrap with prosciutto. Wrap each cantaloupe slice with one slice of prosciutto.

  • 12 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze

  • Arrange the slices on a serving plate.
  • Decorate the plate as you wish.
