  1. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar. 
  2. Add the eggs, one by one and mix to combine. 
  3. Add the crushed pineapple and mix to combine. 
  4. Fold in the bread cubes. 
  5. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 1.5-quart baking dish. 
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until gold and bubbly. 
  7. Serve warm.
