Scrumptious Pineapple Stuffing (Buttery and Soul-Satisfying)

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cut into cubes
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs, one by one and mix to combine.
- Add the crushed pineapple and mix to combine.
- Fold in the bread cubes.
- Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased 1.5-quart baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until gold and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
