6-Ingredient Pineapple Salsa

- 3 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- salt to taste
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes before serving.
