For the glaze: 


  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. 
  3. Place the ham in the roasting pan. 
  4. Using a knife, score the surface on the ham in diamond pattern. 
  5. Arrange the pineapple and cherries on the ham and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Set aside. 
  7. To make the glaze, add all the ingredient to a small saucepan and whisk to combine. 
  8. Bring to a boil over medium hight heat. 
  9. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  10. Remove from the heat. 
  11. Spoon the glaze over the ham.
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour basting with pan juices every 30 minutes.
  13. Shield with aluminum foil after 1 hour to prevent excess browning and bake an additional 1 to 1 ½ hours. 
  14. Remove from the oven.
  15. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
