Pan Fried Pineapple Foster (OMG try this!)

- ¼ cup dark rum
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pineapple, peeled, slice and cored
- 1 tbsp butter
- vanilla ice cream
- In a small bowl combine the sugar, rum and cinnamon and mix until completely dissolved.
- Add the mixture and pineapple slices to a Ziplock bag.
- Shake the bag until the pineapple is evenly coated.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the pineapple slices to a skillet and cook each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.
