  1. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese. 
  2. Add the pineapple, green pepper, scallions, seasoning and 1 cup of chopped pecans. 
  3. Mix to combine. 
  4. Place the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap. 
  5. Wrap it into a ball. 
  6. Refrigerate overnight. 
  7. Remove from the refrigerator. 
  8. Discard the plastic wrap. 
  9. Roll the ball into the remaining pecans. 
  10. Serve with your favorite crackers.
