To Make-Ahead: Protein shakes can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Make sure to store the blend in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. If it separates, blend again before consuming. 

To Freeze: You can freeze this protein shake for up to two months. Enjoy it straight from frozen as ice cream, blend the frozen mixture for an extra-cold shake, or leave it to defrost, blend, and enjoy as usual.
