How to Make Peanut Butter Protein Bars 

  1. Mix: Add all three protein bar ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Chill: Transfer the bar mixture to the prepared pan and smooth with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

  3. Cut: Cut into bars with a sharp knife. 

Storing and Freezing Instructions

To Storing: Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. 

To Freeze: Peanut butter protein bars can also be frozen for up to three months. Just warp each bar individually with wax paper or plastic wrap, put them in a freezer bag, and freeze.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¾ cup unsweetened protein powder of choice
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with spatula.
  • Refrigerate for minimum one hour.
  • Cut into bars.
  • Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
