  2. Store. Transfer to a jar. Cover it with a lid and use it when you need it.

Storing and Freezing Instructions

To Store: Peanut butter powder needs to be stored in a cool, dry place like a cupboard or your pantry. Make sure the lid is properly sealed to keep out moisture. Stored this way, it should last at least two weeks. You can also refrigerate the peanut butter powder to keep it fresh for up to three months as long as no moisture gets in.

To Freeze: Peanut butter powder can also be frozen for up to six months. Make sure the jar is properly sealed to keep out any unwanted moisture and freeze. Once the jar has cooled down after about 30 minutes in the freezer, tighten the lid again to ensure it’s still properly sealed.

Peanut Butter Powder Recipe Variations

Chocolate: Add two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder along with the peanut butter and tapioca flour for a chocolaty twist on this recipe.

Maple: Replace half of the peanut butter powder with almond butter and add one tablespoon of maple syrup to the blender for a subtly sweet maple flavor. This mixture will only last a few days, so make sure you’re ready to use it quickly.

Cinnamon: Mix one teaspoon of ground cinnamon and half a teaspoon of nutmeg into the tapioca flour before blending with peanut butter for a warm, aromatic variation.

Chili lime version: Add a pinch of chili powder and zest from one lime to the blender for a spicy and tangy twist on your peanut butter powder.
