Make-Ahead and Reheating Instructions

To Make-Ahead: Mug cakes usually last for about two days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator. To keep them moist, cover the mug with plastic wrap or a lid.

To Reheat: Microwave the mug cake on high for ten to fifteen seconds. Check to see if it’s warmed through. If not, repeat and check again. Don’t overdo it, or your mug cake might burn and dry out.
