To Freeze: Store them the same way you refrigerate them. Just put the container in the freezer for up to three months. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight.


Peanut Butter Logs Candy

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
- 6 cups Cheerios cereal
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream the butter and peanut butter.
- Add the powdered sugar and beat well.
- Fold in the Cheerios cereal.
- Cover and refrigerate for minimum one hour or overnight.
- Shape the dough into ½-inch.x 2-inch -thick logs.
- Add the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high in 30 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until the chocolate has melted.
- Dip each cookie halfway into melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
