Ingredients
- 42 Oreo cookies plus extra for decoration
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter plus extra for decoration
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese and sugar to a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the peanut butter and beat well.
- In another bowl beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add 1/3 of whipped heavy cream to peanut butter cream and mix to combine.
- Fold in the reaming whipped cream and set aside.
- In a 12×8 dish, add a single layer of Oreos. You may need to break your cookies in half to fit the sides depending on the size of your baking dish.
- Top with ½ of the peanut butter mixture.
- Top with remaining Oreo cookies and end with peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate for minimum 6 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, decorate with extra crushed Oreo and chopped peanuts (if using).
- Drizzle with extra peanut butter and serve.
