Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions

To Make-Ahead: Ganache can be made two to three days ahead. It’s best to keep it at room temperature to preserve the texture, but to be save, you can refrigerate it for up to five days. Make sure to bring it to room temperature before serving.

To Freeze: Ganache can also be frozen for up to one month for longer storage. Thaw it in the refrigerator overnight, and make sure to bring the ganache to room temperature before using.
