Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions
To Make-Ahead: Peanut butter cracker sandwiches are best made no more than a day in advance. If you need to keep them longer, store the crackers in a ziplock bag at room temperature and only spread the peanut butter on them when you’re ready.
To Freeze: For longer storage, put the crackers in a ziplock bag, remove all the air, and freeze. They’ll stay fresh for up to a month.
