How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Candy (Old Fashioned)

  1. Beat it: Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream to a bowl and mix to combine.

  2. Refrigerate: Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.

  3. Wrap and store: Cut into bite-size pieces. Serve immediately, or wrap each piece in a square of wax paper.

Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions

To Make-Ahead: Store the fudge in a resealable container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. 

To Freeze: Wrap each piece in some wax paper, store in an airtight container, and freeze for up to three months.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for minimum one hour.
  • Cut into bite size pieces.
  • Serve immediately or wrap each piece in a square of wax paper.
