Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup sour cream

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat the eggs, granulated sugar and brown sugar until pale and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the peanut butter, sour cream, oil, vanilla and mashed bananas and beat until well combined.
- Add in the flour mixture and beat until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
