How to Make Peanut Butter Protein Balls
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients. Stir together oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. In another bowl, mix peanut butter with maple syrup or honey.




- Combine and adjust. Add vanilla extract, then mix everything together. Add a little water if it’s too dry.

- Roll and chill. Form into balls and refrigerate until firm.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add the vanilla protein powder, rolled oats, chia seeds and mini chocolate chips to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for one minute.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Combine the protein powder mixture and peanut butter mixture.
- You may need to add in 1 or 2 tablespoons of water to help the balls stick together.
- Divide the mixture into balls.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
