If you have a bunch of peaches laying around and can’t eat them all, you need to try making this homemade peach jam (an easy refrigerator jam), this peach fruit leather (with a jalapeno kick) and these grilled peaches (probably my favorite way to eat peaches in the summer).

Peach Butter Uses

  • As a spread: Any baked good you spread this on will taste heavenly. Anything like toast, biscuits, etc, will be perfect for this peach butter, my personal favorites are on blueberry bread or blueberry scones (peaches + blueberries are just so yummy together!).
  • As a mixer: Mix into homemade or store-bought yogurt or ice cream.
  • As a topper: Dollop on top of cookies, cakes or other baked desserts (like these white chocolate blueberry cookies).
