How to Make Oreo Truffles
- Make the Balls. Crush Oreos in a food processor, then mix with softened cream cheese until smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.




- Coat in Chocolate. Melt semisweet chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate and place on parchment.

- Add the Drizzle. Melt white chocolate, drizzle over truffles, then chill until set. Serve chilled.

Storage and Freezing Instructions
To Store: Keep finished truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
To Freeze: Freeze the finished oreo truffles on a baking sheet until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.

Ingredients
- 10 oz semisweet baking chocolate
- 2 oz white chocolate
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
- Pulse until finely crushed.
- Add the cream cheese and pulse until fully combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch each.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 30 minutes.
- Place the semisweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in 15–20 second intervals until smooth.
- Dip the chilled balls in the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment.
- Melt the white chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the truffles.
- Chill until set and serve.
