- 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
For the chocolate ganache:
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup semi sweet chopped chocolate or buttons
Instructions
- To make the crust, in a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
- Divide the mixture into six serving cups and press firmly to form a crust.
- Chill while preparing the filling.
- To make the filling, in a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Spoon the cream mixture over the crust and smooth the tops.
- For the ganache, place chocolate and heavy cream together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Pour the ganache over the cream layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with extra Oreo if desired.
