I just made this orange jam and it is delicious, it is not as firm as I though it would be but it is still cooling down so I assume it will still change the texture slightly. I was wondering if I can use water bath canning to preserve it for longer?

    1. Oh definitely, it should firm up for sure!

And so sorry Eva, I generally only make refrigerator versions of this, and couldn’t speak to how shelf stable the orange jam would be if water bath canned :(
