  1. Add all the ingredients to a large heavy bottom pot or saucepan. 
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 40-60 minutes or until jammy. 
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. 
  5. Transfer to a jar. 
  6. Allow to cool completely. 
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
