How to Make Nutella Pockets
- Fill the Bread. Trim the crusts, flatten each slice, and add a spoonful of Nutella in the center. Brush edges with beaten egg, fold to form pockets, and seal with a fork.

- Air Fry. Place pockets in the air fryer, brush tops with more egg, and cook at 350°F for 6–7 minutes until golden and crisp.

- Serve. Drizzle with extra Nutella, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy warm.
Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions
To Make-Ahead: Assemble the Nutella pockets and keep them covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Air fry just before serving.
To Store: Keep cooked pockets in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to crisp them back up.
To Freeze: Freeze unbaked Nutella pockets in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Air fry straight from frozen, adding an extra 1–2 minutes as needed.
