Refreshing Mexican Hibiscus Drink (Agua de Jamaica)

For serving: 


  1. Put 4 cups of water and dried hibiscus flowers in a pot. 
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  4. Remove from the heat. 
  5. Strain the liquid.
  6. Add the renaming 4 cups of water and honey and stir to combine.  
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use. 
  8. Serve over ice with a slice of lime.
