How to Make Ninja Creami Mango Sorbet

  1. Make the Mango Sorbet Base. Blend mango, sugar, and lime juice until smooth with no chunks.

  2. Freeze It. Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze 24 hours until solid.

  3. Let the Magic Unfold. Run Sorbet cycle in the Ninja Creami. If crumbly, scrape sides and Re-spin. Serve soft or refreeze to firm.

To Make-Ahead: Blend mango base, freeze in pint 24 hrs. Spin when solid.

To Store: Keep in pint, covered. Freeze up to 1 week. Re-spin before serving.

Ninja Creami Mango Sorbet

This is an easy mango sorbet recipe for mango lovers and people with a Ninja Creami (or those interested in getting one). It's simple and heavenly!

Ingredients 

  • 2 large, ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions 

  • Add the mango, sugar and lime juice to a blender. 
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and silky, with no mango chunks remaining.
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container up to the MAX FILL line.
Close the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours, until fully solid.
  • After freezing, remove the lid, place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine, and run the Sorbet cycle.
  • If the texture is crumbly, scrape down the sides, and run the Re-spin cycle once.
  • Serve immediately for a soft, creamy sorbet — or return it to the freezer to firm up.
