How to Make Ninja Creami Lemon Sorbet

  1. Mix the Sorbet Base. Blend warm water, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and zest until smooth and dissolved.

  2. Freeze for 24 Hours. Pour into Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for 24 hours until solid.

  3. Run Through the Ninja Creami. Process on the ‘Sorbet’ cycle. If crumbly, add a splash of water and Re-spin. Serve immediately or refreeze.

Freezing Instructions

To Freeze: The base must freeze solid for 24 hours before spinning in your Ninja Creami. Once processed, you can re-freeze and re-spin as needed for up to 1 week.

Ninja Creami Lemon Sorbet

Learn how to make the most delicious homemade Ninja Creami sorbet lemon sorbet in just 5 minutes (with additional freezing time).

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions 

  • In a blender, combine warm water, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  • Blend on high speed for about 20–30 seconds, or until the sugar and honey are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Close the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours, until completely solid.
  • After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Run the Sorbet cycle.
  • If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp water, scrape down the sides, and run the Re-spin cycle once.
  • Serve immediately, or return to the freezer for later.
