How to Make Ninja Creami Lemon Sorbet
- Mix the Sorbet Base. Blend warm water, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and zest until smooth and dissolved.


- Freeze for 24 Hours. Pour into Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for 24 hours until solid.

- Run Through the Ninja Creami. Process on the ‘Sorbet’ cycle. If crumbly, add a splash of water and Re-spin. Serve immediately or refreeze.

Freezing Instructions
To Freeze: The base must freeze solid for 24 hours before spinning in your Ninja Creami. Once processed, you can re-freeze and re-spin as needed for up to 1 week.

Frozen Lemonade
Ninja Creami Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a blender, combine warm water, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Blend on high speed for about 20–30 seconds, or until the sugar and honey are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Close the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours, until completely solid.
- After freezing, remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Run the Sorbet cycle.
- If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp water, scrape down the sides, and run the Re-spin cycle once.
- Serve immediately, or return to the freezer for later.
