Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey, to taste
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the basil leaves, lemon juice, honey and olive oil to a mini food processor and process until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Use immediately.
Notes
- Start with just a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper, then adjust to taste based on what you’ll be pairing with this vinaigrette.
- If using dried herbs, reduce the quantity, as dried herbs are more concentrated.
