What is a Float?

A soda float is a classic dessert that typically consists of a scoop of ice cream or sorbet floating on top of a carbonated drink. The combination of the two creates a fizzy and creamy treat that’s absolutely fantastic.

The components of a float can vary depending on personal preference as the flavor combinations are endless.
