5-Ingredient Lavender Epsom Salt for Relaxing Baths and Soothing Scrubs
Is there anything more comforting than sliding into a hot bath at the end of a long, stressful day? Probably not, especially when the colder winter months roll around! Now personally, when I unwind with a hot bath, I like to load it up with a mix of epsom salts and essential oils. Today I wanted to share my go to recipe for bath time relaxation using lavender epsom salts.
You’ll first need a mix of both coarse and medium pink sea salt to go along with the extra fine epsom salt. Place all three types of salt into a small bowl and then add in approximately 50 drops of lavender essential oil and two tablespoons of dried lavender flowers.
Mix it all together and then transfer the epsom salt mixture into a sealed jar that you’ll have ready to go for the next time you’re in need of some ‘me’ time with a hot bath.
