Honey-Lavender Glazed Chicken Marinade (Only 6-ingredients!)
There are a few ingredients that I can 100% guarantee that you will always find stocked in my kitchen. Lavender is one such ingredients. I keep both lavender essential oil and dried lavender flowers on hand at all times. I just find lavender is one of the most effective, all natural options out there when it comes to providing stress relief. So with that in mind, today I’m delighted to share this recipe that puts lavender to excellent culinary use. The recipe is for making a honey lavender chicken marinade using only a handful of simple ingredients.
We’ll be using dried lavender flowers, raw honey, garlic cloves, and lemon. You’ll be mixing the marinade together from scratch and then using it to coat a 4-pound roasting chicken. You’re going to want to bake the chicken in a roasting pan for approximately 55-60 minutes, stopping halfway through to remove the foil covering.
If you’ve been feeling a bit stressed lately, then I highly recommend giving this recipe a try. It’s delicious, nutritious, and it works well for providing effective stress relief.
