How to Make Kiwi Pineapple Soda

  1. Make the Fruit Syrup. Blend pineapple, kiwi, sugar, and lime juice until smooth.

  2. Mix. Fill a glass with ice, pour in half of the fruit syrup, and top with sparkling water or club soda.

  3. Serve. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately, optionally garnished with a slice of kiwi or pineapple.

Make-Ahead Instructions

To Make-Ahead: You can make the fruit syrup up to 3 days in advance for your pineapple kiwi soda. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge. When ready to serve, simply mix with ice and sparkling water.

Homemade Kiwi Pineapple Soda

This kiwi pineapple homemade soda recipe uses kiwi, pineapple, lime, and soda for the most refreshing, easy drink.

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • ice cubes
  • cold sparkling water or club soda

Instructions 

  • In a blender, combine the pineapple, kiwi, sugar, and lime juice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour half of the fruit syrup into the glass, then top with cold sparkling water or club soda.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately, optionally garnished with a slice of kiwi or pineapple on the rim.
