How Long DoesJalapeno Relish Last in the Refrigerator?

When it comes to storing food, homemade Jalapeno Relish keeps surprisingly well at room temperature and in the refrigerator. This is because the apple cider vinegar and salt are natural preservatives which extend the shelf life of the Jalapeno Relish.

If stored properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator, Jalapeno Relish can typically last for up to two weeks. However, it’s important to note that the longer it sits in the fridge, the less intense the spice level may be.
