Iced Peach Hibiscus Tea

For serving (optional):


  1. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. 
  2. Remove from the heat.
  3. Stir in the dried hibiscus and allow to steep for 10 minutes.  
  4. Add the remaining water and honey to a pitcher and stir to combine. 
  5. Add the peaches and lemon juice and stir to combine. 
  6. Strain the hibiscus tea into the pitcher and stir to combine. 
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
  8. Serve over ice with peach slices and lemon slices (if using).
