Whole Peaches: 

Instructions

With Syrup: 

  1. In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar. 
  2. Simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. 
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely. 
  4. Fill the jars with sliced peaches. 
  5. Pour the syrup over peaches. 
  6. Cover with a lid and freeze.

Without Syrup: 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. Arrange the peach slices in a single layer on the prepared sheet. 
  3. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours. 
  4. Transfer the frozen peaches to a ziplock bag labeled with the date. 
  5. Return to the freezer.

Whole Peaches: 

  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Wrap each peach with parchment paper. 
  3. Place on a baking sheet and freeze overnight. 
  4. Transfer the frozen peaches, with paper still on them, to a ziplock bag labeled with the date.
  5. Return to the freezer.
