3 Best Ways to Freeze Peaches (And Keep Them Fresh)

With Syrup:
- 4 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
Without Syrup:
- 4 peaches, pitted and sliced
Whole Peaches:
- 4 peaches
- parchment paper
With Syrup:
- In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar.
- Simmer over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
- Fill the jars with sliced peaches.
- Pour the syrup over peaches.
- Cover with a lid and freeze.
Without Syrup:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the peach slices in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
- Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- Transfer the frozen peaches to a ziplock bag labeled with the date.
- Return to the freezer.
Whole Peaches:
- Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat dry.
- Wrap each peach with parchment paper.
- Place on a baking sheet and freeze overnight.
- Transfer the frozen peaches, with paper still on them, to a ziplock bag labeled with the date.
- Return to the freezer.
