Honey Garlic Pork Chops

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to season
- Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the pork chops 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet.
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt it over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the honey, chicken soup and rice vinegar and stir to combine.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, unit the sauce thicken to your liking.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- Add the pork chops back to the skillet.
- Spoon the sauce over the pork chops.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
