  1. Add the peaches and lemon juice to a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Use a potato masher to mash the peaches.
  4. Add the sugar and bring back to a boil, stirring frequently.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the peaches reach the desired consistency.
  6. Ladler into sterilized jars and seal immediately. 
  7. Store in a cool dark place and refrigerate once opened.
